Shop prescription items or click on the items your vet recommends during your appointment. Check out anytime and choose your shipping time/fee.

Book a Vet Visit
If your pet hasn’t been seen by a VVD vet yet, an appointment is required. We’ll review your order after the visit. Visit fees apply.

Review & Approve
Following your appointment, a VVD veterinarian will review your order. Your prescription may be approved, adjusted, or denied based on medical need.

Fill & Ship
Once approved, the BlueRabbit pharmacy fulfills your order, sends tracking and the items are shipped to the address you choose. You can choose the shipping time/fee at the time you order.

Important to Know
- •Orders placed without a vet visit will show as “processing,” but they are on hold until a VVD vet approves them after your appointment. No medication is released without veterinary approval.
- •Already a VVD patient? Your vet can typically review your order quickly after the visit.
- •Need help fast? Book an urgent virtual visit.

Do I need a vet visit for prescriptions?
Yes. For safety and compliance, all prescriptions require a Virtual VetDoc vet visit and approval before they can ship.
How long will it take to get my prescription?
Our licensed vets will review your order during or right after your online appointment and it will immediately begin processing. You choose the shipping method at the time you order. Your vet can adjust the time before approving the prescription.
Note: if you already have a prescription filled or have seen a VVD vet for the prescription, your order will be reviewed and processed right away.
Why does my order say "processing" if it hasn't shipped?
This means we have received your request. Prescription items are held until a VVD vet approves them after your appointment.
I placed an order without a visit. How do I get my items?
Please book a virtual appointment. After your vet evaluates your pet, we'll review and—if appropriate—approve your prescription.
