Book a Vet Visit
If your pet hasn’t been seen by a Virtual VetDoc vet yet, an appointment is required. We’ll review your order after the visit. Visit fees apply.

Review & Approve
Following your appointment, a Virtual VetDoc veterinarian will review your order. Your prescription may be approved, adjusted, or denied based on medical need.

Fill & Ship
Once approved, the BlueRabbit pharmacy fulfills your order, sends tracking and the items are shipped to the address you choose. You can choose the shipping time/fee at the time you order.
Important to Know
- •Orders placed without a vet visit will show as “processing,” but they are on hold until a Virtual VetDoc vet approves them after your appointment. No medication is released without veterinary approval.
- •Already a Virtual VetDoc patient? Your vet can typically review your order quickly after the visit.
